Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Include proof of purchase

⚠️ Test fitting counts as installation. Any signs of installation, wear, or use will void return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Electrical components (DRL modules, wiring, electronics)

  • Downpipes, exhaust components, and intake systems once installed

  • Made-to-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be denied.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Refund amount excludes original shipping fees

Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will resolve the issue promptly

Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm vehicle fitment before placing an order.
We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to unverified compatibility.
