Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products sold by KTI Industriez are made-to-order.

  • Made-to-order items may require additional processing time

  • Estimated lead times are listed on the product page when applicable

  • Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

KTI Industriez is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to address errors.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

KTI Industriez is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost or stolen after delivery

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will assist with a carrier claim if applicable.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

These charges are not included in shipping costs and are non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions
